Shipping Information:

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise specified.
  • We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Shipping fees are a base of $25 of free shipping over $150.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package.

Return Policy:

  • We accept returns on most items within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
  • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • A 15% handling fee will be deducted from your refund to cover processing and restocking costs.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
  2. Pack the item securely and include the RMA number on the return label.
  3. Ship the item back to the provided return address at your expense.
  4. Once we receive the returned item and it passes inspection, we will process your refund, minus the 15% handling fee.

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will resolve the issue by either issuing a full refund (including shipping) or sending you a replacement item, depending on your preference.
